Areas of Practice: Sports Law, Criminal Law, Real Estate Law, and Corporate and Commercial Law.

Geoffrey is currently a Junior Associate at the Firm and heads its Regulatory Compliance Department.

He joined the Firm in January 2021 as a clerkship student and was retained in April 2021 after having successfully completed the Bar Course.

While pursuing his law degree, Geoffrey interned at the Amnesty Commission in Wandegeya, Kampala. He offered research and secretarial services to the Commission and worked closely with the Commission’s Legal Office.

At the Law Development Centre, Geoffrey participated in the Clinical Legal Education Program, where he and other students provided legal aid services to juveniles, indigent litigants, and accused persons.  

Since joining the Firm, Geoffrey has been involved in a variety of assignments, including drawing and reviewing corporate and real estate contracts, advising clients on regulatory compliance issues, drawing legal arguments in civil and criminal court cases, assisting national sports organisations and other corporate entities with their registration needs, and negotiating out-of-court settlements.

Geoffrey also serves on the Secretariat Team of the Uganda Swimming Federation.
