She has advised a number of corporations and businesses in regard to their corporate needs and has been instrumental in their strategic positioning and governance.

Samantha has been pivotal in the firm’s success through exemplary leadership coupled with her invaluable contribution to the firm’s daily operations and realization of its strategic objectives.

Having risen through the firm’s ranks, Samantha possesses extensive knowledge and experience in almost all of the firm’s practice areas but specifically corporate governance, company secretarial services, commercial practice, environmental law, natural resources, and immigration law.

Work Experience 
Samantha previously worked with Center for Environmental Rights in Cape Town, South Africa as a project officer for the Access to Information Project.
